This survey is a short-form SEL assessment designed as part of a collaborative project between the Washoe Country School District, CASEL and the University of Illinois-Chicago.
The survey should take 5-8 minutes for a student to complete and may be administered 2-3 times per year. If a student's results are of concern, the fully validated long form of the assessment may be administered.
Survey Measures: self-awareness (4 questions); social awareness (3 questions); self-management (6 questions); relationship skills (2 questions); responsible decision making (2 questions).
