Send check-ins, surveys, and assessments to students

Intellispark Pro provides several short surveys and check-ins that can be useful in getting insight from students about their experiences at school. ScholarCentric by Intellispark also includes longer-form assessments that offer a research-based framework for evaluating resiliency, which is predictive of student success. Students can complete these check-ins, surveys, and assessments in a browser on a smartphone, tablet, or computer.

Once a check-in, survey, or assessment has been assigned to a student, you have several options for providing access to the student:

  1. Send an e-mail. When you assign a check-in, survey, or assessment, a message is sent automatically to the e-mail address on record for the student in Intellispark. The message includes a direct link to the check-in, survey, or assessment.

  2. Use SSO with ClassLink, Clever, or Google. If your organization uses single sign-on from ClassLink, Clever, or Google, you can allow students to sign in at https://app.intellispark.com. The page they see upon sign in will show any check-ins, surveys, or assessments that need to be completed.
  3. Copy and paste a link. Display a Student Hub. Scroll to the Surveys area (on the left side of the window). If a check-in, survey, or assessment is already assigned, click Copy link to copy a link to the clipboard that you can paste into an e-mail, text message, or browser for the student. The link will go directly to the page the student should complete.
