Key Connections are staff members who may have a particularly strong relationship with a student. Key Connections can be manually added to a Student Hub Page along with a Connection Note to provide context for the relationship.
This staff person may be an important person to engage to learn more about a student's needs or current reality or to support the student in a time of need.
