How do you get started?
Signing in and configuring your organization's Intellispark account for the first time
Intellispark is a comprehensive technology platform designed to help improve student success in PreK-12 schools, school districts, and youth-serving organizations. Its capabilities are broad, but the platform is designed so that you can get started incrementally — making it easier to introduce throughout your school or organization.
Typically each school, district, or organization designates a site admin who is responsible for getting things set up. If you are a site admin, here are a few simple steps to help you get started:
- Consider your goals and objectives for your implementation. These could include fostering a culture of positivity with High 5s, tracking strengths, recording flags and supports, capturing biographical details with the Get to Know Me survey, measuring SEL and well-being indicators with check-ins, monitoring college-and-career readiness with Insightfull, or tracking and increasing resiliency with ScholarCentric.
- Add staff accounts for one or more of your colleagues.
- Review roles and permissions and make any necessary modifications.
- Load student information via Clever, ClassLink, or OneRoster. Or, upload student data via a CSV file.
- Load student photos, if desired.
- Review this Knowledge Base, our YouTube channel, and other resources.
