Assign check-ins, surveys, and assessments

You can assign surveys to an individual student from the Student Hub or Student List, and you can assign surveys to groups of students from the Student List.

Assigning from the Student Hub

From the Student Hub, scroll to the Surveys area on the left side of the window:

  1. Click the + Survey button.
  2. From the Select survey to assign menu, choose the desired check-in, survey, or assessment. Intellispark will show which students have been assigned this survey previously, when it was assigned, and whether it has been completed.
  3. From the Actions menu, choose the desired option.
  4. Click OK to confirm your choice.

Assigning from the Student List

As you click one or more check boxes to select students in the Student List, a menu will appear at the bottom of your screen.

  1. Click Assign survey (the clipboard icon) from that menu.
  2. From the Select survey to assign menu, choose the desired check-in, survey, or assessment. Intellispark will show which students have been assigned this survey previously, when it was assigned, and whether it has been completed.
  3. From the Actions menu, choose the desired option.
  4. Click OK to confirm your choice.
